Looking at Inlet Dunes condos in Inlet Beach and trying to pick one? Unit 209, our Golden Hour Dunes, is a top-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath condo that sleeps six. Inlet Dunes is a small, gated community with a pool and grill, just across a quiet road from the Inlet Beach Regional Access. It is a simple, comfortable way to do 30A: sunsets on the balcony, an easy walk to the sand, and Rosemary Beach about five minutes away. This page explains what is special about Unit 209 and how to book it. Read on for the layout, the location and the honest details.

Why choose Golden Hour Dunes

Inlet Dunes has other condos, so the differences come down to floor, view, finishes and reviews. Unit 209 is on the third floor, which means a quiet balcony above the treetops, and a balcony with Gulf views. Recent guests call it clean, easy to check in to, spacious and close to everything. One guest wrote that it is perfect for a couple or a family with young children, and another that it is right next to the beach access with a restroom. The community is gated, the pool and grill are steps from the building, and the beach ramp has no stairs. Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell are a short drive, and Rosemary Beach and 30Avenue are about five minutes away. Ocean Reef Resorts manages the stay with 24/7 guest support. The condo's open living area and balcony give the whole unit an airy feel.

What the stay includes

Unit 209 has a king bedroom, a hallway twin bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa. The full bathroom is shared and has a tub and shower combination. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a dining area and a breakfast bar. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. You have one parking space and use of the community pool and grill. The private balcony has a bistro set and is a nice place for coffee or an evening drink. The unit is 640 square feet and a third-floor walk-up, so pack light. Reservations and live rates go through Ocean Reef Resorts, our local manager. For questions about dates or the Inlet Dunes layout, email us and we will answer ourselves. Beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes are not provided with the condo, but local vendors rent them, and we are glad to point you to a few after you book. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Central. The Inlet Beach Regional Access, with its boardwalk, restrooms and showers, is directly across the quiet road, and seasonal lifeguards are typically stationed nearby.
